Chimecho Hat and Scarf

Here's another hat/scarf combo.

Originally I didn't have Chimecho's arms and tail, but i realized: I CAN DO THAT!! Doesn't it look cute? It looks like it's glomping your head :3

I don't know if I should make this my submission for ~clearkid's contest or Registeel... Registeel would be easier for me to make, so i think I'll submit this one. Besides, it's too cute :3
